Eat, Lift & be Happy started in 2009 as a way for me to merge my two deepest passions: fitness and writing. But in the last few years it has grown into something so much more; it’s a place to share my struggles, adventures and ultimately opinions. This blog is my baby, and it will stay that way for the foreseeable future.
This is my personal blog and a place for you to receive high quality FREE content-and sometimes cute puppy pictures or reformed kitchen disasters. The content is ever changing and can only be taken as-is for the time in which it was spewed violently from my keyboard (I am a very loud typist). So, in short, I cannot be held liable for any losses, injuries or damages that may occur as a result of the information disseminated here. Cool?
Sometimes I recommend an awesome training product, book I love or useful cooking utensil (hooray for cast iron skillets!), and when I do that, I usually get a few ducats.
