That's what it's all about." This is what I hear from each client/participant who walks in and out of my door. :-) I comment on this regularly to my husband and always say to him "This is what it is all about. This is why I love what I do." If I can help get someone stronger, awesome. But if I can make someone move better and feel better, BONUS. If I can help them become more aware of how they move throughout their day, how they sit, stand, pick things up, double bonus. Thank you for your post and reminder of what a good trainer/coach/instructor should be....someone who cares. As Boyle says, "People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care”.
