Do I need access to gym equipment?
YES. At the very least you’ll need access to a pair of dumbbells, a kettlebell, some bands, and a bench. The more advanced level workouts require access to a barbell and pull-up bar. This is NOT a home workout program, however, the affirmations and intentions can be used along with ANY training program.
Do I have to want to wear a bikini to be a Bikini Rebel?
NO! This Rebellion is for anyone who wants to take back their power and autonomy when it comes to their own body.
How long are the workouts?
Roughly 30-60 minutes, depending on the level and the phase of the training program.
What if I don’t know how to perform some of the movements?
I have several videos on my YouTube channel. Just do a simple search and you’ll likely find what you need.
