Magic means different things to different people. To me, a womxn who proudly owns the terms “witch” and “healer,” magic is a return to oneself—a relentless connection to one’s intuition and an active approach towards co-creating with the Universe.
Magic is in your bones. It’s the way you feel when you look up at the stars, out into the vastness of the ocean, or to the tops of ancient trees. When we’re attuned with our magic, the world within us and around us feels more clear, easier to navigate.
In this way, magic is a homecoming.
I remember how good it felt to come home to my magic. After years of suppressing my intuition, neglecting my creativity, and rejecting the call to my own power, I found myself—not surprisingly—completely lost.
I was overworked, under stimulated, and perpetually found myself in toxic relationships, both with others and myself. I felt unworthy of so many things, including love, belonging, and success.
Magic, as taught in this course, was how I brought myself back into alignment. I utilized tarot, crystals, and the cycle of the moon to return to my intuition and find a safe, happy, and fulfilling home within myself. That’s what magic means to me, and I hope that through this course, you’ll define what magic means to you.
