Come get bendy with me!

Think you don’t have time for yoga? Think again! This #meatheadyoga yoga flow is only 12 minutes long–which means in just a few minutes you can work on getting bendy and connecting to your breath.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or an experienced yogi, it’s great to have a quickie flow you can do first thing in the morning or when you want to take a break from your computer at work.

Not sure if yoga is for you? I hear that. In fact, I hear this from people a lot. They think perhaps it’s too woo-woo or foreign or just a bunch of boring stretches. Do me a favor: Try my meathead yoga, and if you still hate it, fair enough.

My signature style is designed for people who love to smash weights; I’ll give you all the simple and effective tools you need to balance your body and focus your breath without putting you in an otherwise uncomfortable environment. Yoga will completely change your life–if you let it.
